Eclipse Error on Ubuntu

My environment:

Eclipse 3.5.2
RTC 3.0.0
Ubuntu 12.04.1

Problem:

When doing some RTC operations(accept, deliver and etc) in Eclipse, I got the following error:

Google it and found some related articles(1 and 2). The “adding ‘-D’ line in ‘eclipse.ini’” solution isn’t working for me, I tried the one “adding ‘-clean’ after ‘eclipse’ command” solution, it seems working.
