Run Fabric Java SDK End-to-end Testing

The following commands are the ones described here. Some ones are modified to fit my environment.

# 1. Make the "Fabric" related Docker images for the "Java SDK end-to-end" test running.
cd ~/code/github/hfc/fabric/
git checkout master
git pull
git reset --hard 66655f733435685f47cb3f16674c79f00ee0b123
make docker

# 2. Make the "Fabric" related Docker images for the "Java SDK end-to-end" test running.
cd ~/code/github/hfc/fabric-ca/
git checkout master
git pull
git reset --hard 7555a9b9bc1fded60b74ceee9bc64d3af2d080fb
make docker

# 3. Start the Docker instances for the Java SDK end-to-end" test running.
cd ~/code/github/hfc/fabric-sdk-java/src/test/fixture/sdkintegration
# The "rm -rf /var/hyperledger/*;" command seems useless.
docker-compose down; rm -rf /var/hyperledger/*; docker-compose up --force-recreate

# 4. Start the "~/code/github/hfc/fabric-sdk-java/src/test/java/org/hyperledger/fabric/sdkintegration/End2endIT.java" end-to-end testing from IntelliJ IDEA.
